Of course the farm has all the conveniences that you can expect for a large group. There is a professional designer kitchen suitable for large groups, which is also great for cooking clubs. There is a gas stove, combi microwave, steam oven, professional dishwashing machine, fridges, plate warmer and beautiful crockery and cutlery. The spacious living room has a cozy bar with its own beer tap and a wood-burning stove. There is free WiFi and a Sonos system to play your own music and watch movies. If required, there is a projection screen and projector. In total there are 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, one of which is a bedroom with its own bathroom on the ground floor.

Outside, guests have a private terrace around the building with ample seating and a view of the beautiful flower garden, the Asselts’ lakes and the river Maas. For babies and smaller children there are games and toys for inside and outside and, if desired, a children's pool directly at the terrace. Larger children can chill in the tree house room with their own TV or outside in the play area. In the meadow, guests can also kick a ball or play volleyball.

We work together with professional caterers and chefs, who take specific dietary requirements into account and work with natural ingredients and materials. These can ensure that a meal is ready for you on arrival (simple or luxurious), they can cook for you on site and even arrange a BBQ workshop for you. There are two nice restaurants within walking distance. On request in advance, you can sail under supervision in a sloop over the water, to the heart of Roermond or other restaurants on the water.
