MTB route Overloon
The route leads through a woody area that lies to the south and north of Overloon. Before the 20th century, this area consisted of so-called wasteland. Shortly afterwards, trees were planted in this area for the production of wood. Nowadays, nature and recreation play a bigger and more important role.
Route
The route starts at the War Museum. The route mainly leads through the woods and is largely unpaved and consists of sandy soil. On the way you will encounter several climbs and singletracks. You will ride on forest paths. The route is marked by wooden posts with yellow signs with the international MTB sign in white (triangle with 2 circles underneath).
