This space used to be the living room in the long gable farm of the Pluijm family and was only used by father Frans on special occasions. At the beginning of the 20th century, the family often gathered here after Sunday church for a tasty snack. The room was always nicely decorated and was mainly used for receiving visitors. This is where the family kept the best they had. While enjoying a good glass of beer, a full-bodied classic whiskey; and at that time a good cigar, there was a lot of discussion about the daily village problems ...
