The Tiendschuur is located on the unique and historic estate of Castle Holtmühle, surrounded by beautiful gardens in various styles. The ceramics centre offers a fascinating insight into clay products from Tegelen through the centuries, but also shows highlights from the contemporary ceramics world.
The Tiendschuur organizes temporary exhibitions with ceramics of international stature. For groups we organise modelling workshops and turning workshops but also demonstrations with the 3D printer or pottery wheel, guided tours and treasure hunts. We can also organise a children's party with themes such as princesses, knights, dragons and cupcakes.
Family party or girly day out? Painting a unique breakfast tableware? It's all possible and fun for young and old!

Guided tours
Every Friday, visitors can join the free guided tour of the museum at 14.00 hrs. The guide will draw your attention to interesting backgrounds of the works of art that you will see together. If you come with a group, we will be happy to reserve a separate guided tour for you.
